Atlas Plus Echo Silent Akavent Plugs

• Atlas Plus Echo Silent tubes are available in 40, 50, 75, 90, 110, 125 and 160 mm outer diameters and 150, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 mm lengths, covering any application. All pipes are available with a single socket and in some cross-sections and dimensions with a double socket. Also, Interplast, as an innovative manufacturer in the field of hydraulic systems, has polypropylene drainage pipes and fittings in the Ø100 dimension, with the aim of satisfying the relevant request of technicians, installers and its customers.

• Atlas Plus Echo Silent components include a wide range of curved (15o, 30o, 45o, 67o, 80o, 87o), simple semi-tafts (45o, 67o-30′, 87o-30′), systolic semi-tafts (45o, 67o-30′ . dimensions Ø40, Ø50, Ø75, Ø90, Ø110, Ø125 and Ø160.

• Echo-silent comes from the ancient Greek word echo, the acoustic phenomenon due to the reflection of sound waves. The Atlas Plus Echo-silent system is made from a state-of-the-art combination of plastic and absorbent material.
The mineral filler (PP-MD) of the intermediate layer maximizes sound absorption.

• The material formula has been developed by Interplast’s R&D Department and offers a unique combination of acoustic performance, weight and mechanical strength.
• The triple layer tube structure is produced with the latest co-extrusion technology. Each layer has an autonomous function achieving the reduction of sound levels, the increase of mechanical characteristics as well as the optimization of the flow.

• The use of special Echo-silent support sound-insulating supports in combination with the Atlas Plus Echo-silent® system effectively isolates vibrations, significantly reducing noise to a sound pressure level of 15dB with a flow of four liters per second. This remarkable sound absorption makes the system ideal for residences, multi-use apartments, hospitals, hotels and other commercial buildings where reduced noise levels are required.
